Are you moving
at your full potential?
THE PATHWAYS
One shared root.
Three ways in.
Embodied Intelligence was created to help you recognize compensations, habits, mobility limitations, and inefficient movement strategies, transforming practice into a concrete tool for listening, organization, and movement integration.
Each pathway begins from the same root: movement quality, precision, awareness, and progression.
Choose where to enter based on your body, your practice, and the moment you are in.

Movement that becomes skill.
For those who want to understand their body and change the way they move.
It is a library of guided practices and an educational space created by Chiara Bonvini to help you understand how the body moves, how it adapts, and how it can organize itself with greater precision.
Through guided and progressive practices, you learn to recognize compensations, habits, and inefficient strategies, developing more awareness, control, mobility, strength, balance, and integration.
The goal is not to do more exercises, but to develop a skill that can transfer into work, sport, dance, and daily life.
Movement that frees technique.
Axis & Alchemy is the Embodied Intelligence pathway dedicated to Argentine Tango: a bridge between biomechanics, movement quality, and technique.
Physical preparation and movement intelligence to develop axis, stability, spirals, support, weight transfer, and presence — without making the dance rigid.
Ideal for those who want to bring more awareness, stability, and freedom into their tango, elevating the way the body supports and expresses movement.
For those who want to understand their relationship with heels.
Heel Lab helps you observe how heels change support, balance, load, and compensations — and discover which height works for your body in this moment and based on the way you use them.
It is not about finding “the perfect heel” in absolute terms, but about understanding how your body organizes itself with heels and what kind of work can make their use more stable, aware, and sustainable.
Ideal if you dance, work, or move in heels and want to better understand what happens in the body.
